The Weekly Legend

We’re heading into our final day here at Mastermind and my goodness this event has been an absolutely massive fire bomb of nuggets, encouragement, community, and growth.

There’s been one overarching theme that’s been experienced in some way by every single person in attendance…

From a member that’s just starting out to those that have seen success…

There’s one thing that’s certain and Dave nailed it when he shared THIS on the Mastermind stage…

“Celebrate your newness.”

Every single person in the room, including our speakers, took action and did something new this weekend.

Whether it was traveling alone across the country to be an attendee, stepping up on stage in front of a live crowd for the first time, or attending a pretty dang sweet afterparty even though they didn’t know many there.

Embracing something new is truly where the secret sauce to stepping into further greatness lives.

That knot in your stomach that we were taught to run from, feeling nervousness, fear, or uncertainty is actually completely normal.

It’s not your sign to stop going through the challenge and stay stuck.

It’s not your sign to run and hide from being on camera.

It’s not your sign to go back to mindless scrolling on social media.

And it’s definitely not your sign to stay unhappy.

Instead…

it's your sign that you're pushing old boundaries.

That you’re stepping out of your comfort zone and ready to see remarkable changes.

It's the sign that you're changing and moving through moments that will ultimately unleash joy, creativity, and the real change you’ve been looking for.

When we do something new, not only do we give our brain a kick of endorphins…

We’re also improving our memory, mood, and motivation.

So, celebrate every action you take through every nervous emotion and every slither of self doubt…and for Christmas sakes…do it anyways. (love that Dave phrase)
