This is a remote, work from home, opportunity with the potential to make great money.

  • You should have at least 1 year experience in sales (phone sales experience and high ticket sales is a plus).
  • You should have experience with using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool, such as Infusionsoft, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.
  • Any experience in the personal development space is a plus (real estate, online marketing, stock trading, affiliate marketing, biz op, etc.)

Compensation and expectations

Customer Support Job Responsibilities:

Here’s just some of what you’ll do in this role:

  • Deliver extraordinary service on inbound calls, incoming emails and serving chat requests in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment by following our Customer First philosophy

  • Address general and account-specific customer inquiries; provide clear and concise information and updating customer account information, as needed

  • Use tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, in our commitment to maintain a first point of contact resolution (also known as a “one-touch” resolution).

  • Meet and exceed performance goals that include, but are not limited to, customer survey results, quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets

  • Get on weekly Zoom meetings with the team to discuss the vision and goals of the company as well as working directly with the Support Team on any issues that may arise

Skills required for this position:

  • Knowledge of how to use a CRM platform such as InfusionSoft, Salesforce, Keap, etc

  • Have experience in a call center environment or large volume call taking

  • Have experience with a Help Desk ticket and chat based platform such as Zendesk, FreshDesk, etc

  • Knowledge of how to launch a meeting and connect audio and video on Zoom

Work Hours:

  • We are looking for candidates with flexible hours (up to 5 days, 20-40 hours per week) and with the ability to work weekends, nights and non-federal holidays. The ideal candidate will be open to working outside of the typical “9-5” timeframe.

Compensation:

This is an hourly position, with the potential for further growth within the company. Rate of pay will be determined by your experience.
