I was blown away! 

I had to pause for a minute and take in what I just heard.

But I was in the middle of a live interview so I couldn’t pause that long.

I knew what our guest shared could help guide so many within our community. 

Shoot, I even shared it with my husband and kids later that day because I knew it was a mindset shift that we all needed.

It releases anything that happened the day before or where you want to be in the future. 

These two words put your sole focus on what can you do right now to make progress.

By adopting the mindset of “Keep Becoming”, we can shift our focus from comparing ourselves to others and to taking action towards self-improvement every day.

Success in any field is not about reaching a specific end goal, but rather about the journey of self-improvement and growth.
