Yep, I’m going to ask you to doubt something…
But first, I have a thank you to give.
On Friday, our guest was a 58 yr old piano sales manager named Joe who has an absolute huge heart of gold.
He was kind, authentic, raw, real, and everything in between.
I seriously can’t say enough good things about him.
He shared how he missed many moments of his kids growing up but wasn’t going to miss his grandchildren.
He wants to start planning his week around his kids activities instead of around his J.O.B.
He drove home that all of us can make a change at any point, at any age and take daily action to be more available.
He then shared something I had never heard before.
Ya see, although I love what I do here at Legendary, I have a much bigger role that I love…
I’m the momma to 3 pretty awesome teenagers.
And they were all going through a moment of doubting their abilities…
Doubting if they could push through feeling tired.
Doubling if they could overcome some fear that had creeped in before a meet they had.
Doubting if they can repeat the success they once experienced.
Doubting if they can reach the next level
And I remembered what Joe shared and I shared it with them.
“Doubt your doubts instead of doubting your abilities.”
DOUBT YOUR DOUBTS
Dang.
Think about it.
Those 3 words are wildly powerful.
Every day we have self-talk that's sole purpose is to doubt our abilities…
It keeps us from going on camera
It keeps us from showing up authentically
It keeps us from taking real action to create change in our life
It keeps us from writing those emails
Or taking that funnel live
What if we flipped the script and started doubting our doubts instead…
