How are affiliate links tracked?

When an affiliate promotes products and services they use a referral URL which typically looks like this:

https://legendarymarketerexample.com/?aid=123

When a customer clicks this link and lands on your sales funnel, the affiliate's ID (123 in the example above) is stored in a cookie, within the customer's browser. If the customer makes a purchase, the affiliate that the customer is tracking is awarded commission on the sale.

Is the affiliate tracked across all pages?

Yes! The referring affiliate's ID is stored and tracked across all Legendary Marketer pages and sales funnels.

If a customer clicks on 2 different affiliate links from 2 different affiliates, which one receives credit?

We use what is a called a “last touch” system. Meaning, that if a customer visits two different affiliate links, the LAST affiliate link that they visit and make a direct purchase from will receive the commission.

I believe that I missed out on a commission that I was supposed to get, who do I contact?

You can contact us at support@legendarymarketer.com within 30 days of said purchase. You will need to provide detailed information as to what sale you believe you missed out on and any evidence you have available. We will fully review all claims submitted within 5-7 business days and contact you via email.
