Delivery Policy
Due to the nature of this program and the immediate access provided to the client upon purchase, the purchase shall be considered 100% delivered immediately upon said purchase.
Pack & Profit Challenge
Member has FOURTEEN (14) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for the Pack & Profit Challenge. Any refund request after the FOURTEEN (14) Day time limit will not be honored.
AI Business Builder Challenge
Member has FOURTEEN (14) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for the AI Business Builder Challenge. Any refund request after the FOURTEEN (14) Day time limit will not be honored.
Implementation Day
Member has FOURTEEN (14) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for Implementation Day. Any refund request after the FOURTEEN (14) DAY time limit will not be honored.
Partnership Program
Member has SEVEN (7) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for the Partnership Program. Any refund request after the SEVEN (7) Day time limit will not be honored.
Additional Products And Services
Member has FOURTEEN (14) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for all other products and services purchased that are not listed above. Any refund request after the FOURTEEN (14) Day time limit will not be honored.
Monthly Legendary Marketer's Club Subscriptions
Monthly Subscriptions: Member has THIRTY (30) days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for the Legendary Marketer's Club monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) day time limit will not be honored.
Members may cancel at any time by logging in to their member area (https://office.legendarymarketer.com) to discontinue billing and subscription. If a member is unable to log in, the Member may send an email to support@Legendarymarketer.com to discontinue billing and subscription.
If a member purchases Legendary Marketer products or services that are subscription-based, the Member agrees to pay and authorizes automatic recurring billing of the subscription fees with the credit card or other payment methods on file, until subsequently canceled by the Member. The Member's account will be charged every 30 days.
Member understands and agrees that each automatic recurring billing of the subscription fees is nonrefundable and will not be prorated, as the service is deemed used when accessed. Member authorizes Company to initiate debit entries from the account provided for the subscription fee, as well as any other purchases made on the site.
